d) Data analysis: analysis of service usage data is performed on the basis of pseudonymized data, the results of which are used to make strategic and tactical marketing decisions. The legal basis is a legitimate interest - Article 6/I(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
e) Direct marketing: direct marketing is carried out to the e-mail address provided by you during registration. Thus, we provide you with notifications about promotions, news, capacity employment. If you have purchased or ordered our service online, we may carry out direct marketing to your email address on the basis of the law - ZEKOM-1, Article 158/2. data analysis: 2 years after the end of the analysis;
direct marketing: 1 year from the date of sending the message;
